Love cups

Love cups

I love these little Love cups cakes, they are dangerously tasty. I usually keep them in the refrigerator and  that makes them cold and chewy when you devour them.

Once, I tried to count calories. When I saw the result …. wow…that was a bad idea. Because you can’t eat just one.. If I remember correctly, it was about 280 calories each. But don’t let that scare you… because they are worth it.

The cake reminds me of a chewier version of Kladdkaka . And on top of that we have this soft delicious topping.
