I just love the creative feeling cooking and baking gives me.

I always loved, to cook and bake. The feeling of mixing a few ingredients and create something that taste and looks amazing makes me very happy.

I enjoy doing some time-consuming recipes. But my favorite recipes are fast, easy and tasty.

We had an international food culture at home when I was growing up in Sweden. My Greek mother born and raised in Egypt made her dishes and my Swedish father made his classical Swedish dishes. That made me appreciate different food cultures.
