How to make Gino

  • Preheat your oven (grill element) to 480°F/250°C.
  • Peel and slice the kiwis, bananas and strawberries.
  • In a oven safe dish, add the fruits in layers.  Begin with kiwi, then banana and last strawberries.
  • Finally, grate the white chocolate to cover the fruits. (It’s a dessert, just add a nice thick layer 😉 )
  • Place the oven dish under the grill and keep an eye out, otherwise it will burn. Take it out when the chocolate is golden brown and bubbly. About 3-5 minutes depending on the oven.
  • Serve immediately, with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream.
