Ingredients
Creating Gino is a breeze with just four essential ingredients: kiwi, banana, strawberries, and white chocolate. Don’t forget the pièce de résistance – a scoop of premium vanilla ice cream, elevating this dessert to a sublime treat.
How to make Gino
- Preheat your oven (grill element) to 480°F/250°C.
- Peel and slice the kiwis, bananas and strawberries.
- In a oven safe dish, add the fruits in layers. Begin with kiwi, then banana and last strawberries.
- Finally, grate the white chocolate to cover the fruits. (It’s a dessert, just add a nice thick layer 😉 )
- Place the oven dish under the grill and keep an eye out, otherwise it will burn. Take it out when the chocolate is golden brown and bubbly. About 3-5 minutes depending on the oven.
- Serve immediately, with a scoop of good vanilla ice cream.
