Seven Layer Cookie Bars
Seven layer cookie bars must to be one of the easiest things you can bake. They are gooey, crispy, sweet and irresistible.

- 100 g Digestive cookies or Graham Cracker (1 Cup)
- 50 g Butter (½ Cup)
- 100 g Dark Chocolate chips (½ Cup)
- 100 g Milk Chocolate chips (½ Cup)
- 100 g White Chocolate chips (½ Cup)
- 100 g Butterscotch chips (½ Cup) or caramel chips
- 80 g Coconut shredded (1 Cup)
- 110 g Walnuts chopped (1 Cup)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F)
Line a 24 x 24cm (9 x 9 in) baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt butter and cover the bottom of the baking dish.
Crush the Graham/ Digestive into crumbs and add it over the butter.
Use a fork to mix the butter/crumb mixture evenly at the bottom of the baking dish
Layer chocolate chips and butterscotch chips over crumbs.
Add next layers, walnuts and shredded coconut.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the top.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until edges are golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
Store the seven layer cookie bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
You can freeze them for up to 3 months. When ready to enjoy, thaw overnight at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
