Peel the celery root, carrots and potatoes and cut them into 3 cm sticks.
Add the butter/oil to a large skillet pan and heat over medium-high to high heat. Sauté the roots until browned. Add salt and pepper.
Now, pour the wine ( your want your roots to be covered with wine).
Finally, put a lid on and let it boil on medium heat for 25-30 minutes.
Taste it and add more salt and pepper according to your taste.
Notes
If the wine has been reduced, in that case you just add a little more wine.If the wine has not diminished, remove the lid and let it boil a little longer.You want some liquid left in the skillet pan.Βon appétit
