Oven baked pancake
This classic oven pancake is so heavenly easy to make and it cooks itself in the oven. A perfect dish when you are not so eager to cook.

- 180 g Flour wheat (6.3 oz)
- 600 ml Milk (20.3 fl.oz)
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract or vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp Butter to grease oven dish
Preheat oven 225°C (437 ℉)
Add half the milk and all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until a smooth and lump-free batter.
Add remaining milk and whisk some more.
Grease a oven dish 20x30 cm with butter.
Pour batter into form
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite topping
