This classic oven pancake is so heavenly easy to make and it cooks itself in the oven. A perfect dish when you are not so eager to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Flour wheat (6.3 oz)
  • 600 ml Milk (20.3 fl.oz)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter to grease oven dish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 225°C (437 ℉)
  • Add half the milk and all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until a smooth and lump-free batter.
  • Add remaining milk and whisk some more.
  • Grease a oven dish 20x30 cm with butter.

  • Pour batter into form

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Serve with your favorite topping
