- 300 g Milk chocolate (10.5 oz) , to your liking
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 150 g Salted peanuts (1 cup) 150g
- 75 g Toffee candy (1/2 cup) chopped
- 100 g Lotus Biscoff (1 cup) chopped (or any cookies to your liking)
- 75 g Small marshmallows (1 ½ cups) (or big ones, cut into small pieces)
- 50 g White chocolate (1.75 oz) optional, for decoration
Use a double boiler to melt milk chocolate, then stir in coconut oil.
Chop toffee and cookies, then combine with peanuts and marshmallows in a bowl.
Pour the mix-ins into the melted chocolate and stir until coated.
Line a dish 22 x 22 cm (8.66 x 8.66 in) with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly, and drizzle with melted white chocolate (optional).
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, then cut into pieces and enjoy!
