Delicious nut mountains with Macadamia nuts and digestive.

- 200 g White chocolate
- 100 g Digestive biscuits
- 120 g Raw Macadamia nuts or Brazil nut
- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 1 tsp Oil flavorless
Melt the white chocolate in a Bain marie.
Coarsely chop the nuts and the digestive and mix them with the melted white chocolate.
Divide it into portions using teaspoon on a non stick baking paper .
Put them in the refrigerator until they harden.
In the meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix the oil with the chocolate when it’s melted ( it gives a nice shine to the chocolate).
Take to “mountains” out of the refrigerator and dip them into the dark chocolate.
Melt some white chocolate. Use a fork and throw some white chocolate on top of the Nut mountains for decoration.
