- 1 Banana
- 1 tbsp Ginger, freshly grated
- ½ Lemon juice, freshly squeezed from ½ lemon
- 1 Apple, small
- 1 handful Baby spinach (¾ cup)
- 100 ml Apple juice ( 1 dl) (½ cup)
- 1-2 leaves Spearmint (optional)
- 5 Ice cubes (And some extra for serving)
Peel and grate the Ginger, Then peel the apple and remove the seeds.
Add all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth. Add more apple juice if too thick.
Pour into glasses with some ice cubes and enjoy!
