Ingredients
  

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, freshly grated
  • ½ Lemon juice, freshly squeezed from ½ lemon
  • 1 Apple, small
  • 1 handful Baby spinach (¾ cup)
  • 100 ml Apple juice ( 1 dl) (½ cup)
  • 1-2 leaves Spearmint (optional)
  • 5 Ice cubes (And some extra for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate the Ginger, Then peel the apple and remove the seeds.

  • Add all ingredients into a blender.

  • Blend until smooth. Add more apple juice if too thick.
  • Pour into glasses with some ice cubes and enjoy!
