Ice Cream with only 2 Ingredients
The simplest and tastiest ice cream with only 2 ingredients and without an ice cream machine
Ingredients
- 500 ml Heavy cream or whipping cream, (12.7 fl.oz) Vegetable or regular
- 1 can Condensed milk (13.4 fl.oz) sweetened (397g)
Instructions
- Beat heavy cream in a bowl using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until thick and well combined.
- Add your favorite flavor to your ice cream and mix well.
- Transfer the ice cream into a plastic container with a lid and freeze for at least 5-6 hours.
Notes
- Ice cream with Rum-raisin and cinnamon: Take a handful of raisins and soak overnight in amber Rum. Add raisins with the rum and a teaspoon of cinnamon to your 2 ingredients ice cream. Mix everything together and you have Rum-raisin/cinnamon ice cream.
- Ice cream with Oreo cookies: Crush a packet of Oreo cookies and mix it into your ice cream.
- Lemon curd Ice-cream: Add 4 tbsp of Lemon curd into the ice-cream. Blend it all together.
