Ingredients
  

  • 90 g Crushed graham crackers or digestive biscuits (¾ cup)
  • 120 g Powdered sugar (1 cup) (See note) No sugar if the pistachio butter contains sugar
  • 150 g Pistachio butter (5.3 oz)
  • 50 g Butter (1.8 oz)
  • 300 g Chocolate or chocolate chips (10 oz ) chopped
  • 2 tsp Nutella
  • ½ tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Melt chocolate: Chop chocolate and melt with coconut oil and nutella over simmering water until glossy. (Double boiler/ bain-marie)

  • Coat liners: Spoon about 1 teaspoon of melted chocolate into each paper liner. Tilt and rotate the liner to coat the sides evenly, about halfway up. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to set.

  • Crush cookies: Use a bag and rolling pin or a food processor to crush crackers/cookies. Mix with powdered sugar.

  • Melt pistachio butter: Combine pistachio butter and butter in a pot over medium-low heat until smooth. Mix with dry ingredients.

  • Add filling: Spoon pistachio filling into hardened chocolate shells.

  • Seal with chocolate: Warm chocolate again if needed, then cover filling completely. Sprinkle some crunched pistachio on top
