Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre Water (34 fl.oz)
  • 375 g Ginger root (12.7 oz) fresh
  • 1 Lemon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 200 g Raspberries (7 oz)
  • 100 ml Honey (3.4 fl.oz)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and grate ginger root. No need to peel the ginger since you'll be straining the juice before drinking it
  • In a 2 litre cooking pot add the water and the grated ginger.

  • As soon as it starts to simmer 60°C ,take the pot from the heat and add the raspberries.

  • Let it rest for 1 hours (or longer if you prefer it stronger).
  • Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Press with a spoon to squeeze out all the water from the ginger and raspberries.
  • Add honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Fill the liquid into a glass bottle with lid and keep it in your refrigerator.
