Instructions
Wash and grate ginger root. No need to peel the ginger since you'll be straining the juice before drinking it
In a 2 litre cooking pot add the water and the grated ginger.
As soon as it starts to simmer 60°C ,take the pot from the heat and add the raspberries.
Let it rest for 1 hours (or longer if you prefer it stronger).
Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl. Press with a spoon to squeeze out all the water from the ginger and raspberries.
Add honey and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
Fill the liquid into a glass bottle with lid and keep it in your refrigerator.
