- 75 g Almonds raw (2.6 oz) blanched
- 3 Bitter almonds blanched
- 160 g Icing sugar (5.6 oz)
- 2 tbsp Water cold
Mix blanched almonds into flour in a food processor.
Add the icing sugar and mix together in the food processor.
Transfer the almond mixture to a bowl and add the water.
Work the ingredients together using your hands to make a paste of it.
Make a roll and wrap it with plastic wrap and store it in air tight container in the refrigerator.
You can add different flavour essences or rose water if you want to add some flavour.
